1. Use of this website

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the site, misuse Foundation materials, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, or use the site to harm others.

2. Ministry and educational information

Website content and downloadable resources provide Christian teaching, discipleship, ministry, and educational information. They do not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other licensed professional relationship. They are not emergency services or individualized medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

3. Free resource license

Unless a resource says otherwise, you may download and print Whitby Foundation resources for personal, household, pastoral, counseling-preparation, church small-group, or nonprofit ministry use, provided the material remains unaltered and the Foundation copyright notice remains intact.

You may not sell the resources, place them behind a paywall, remove the copyright notice, materially alter them and present the result as an official Whitby Foundation resource, or republish/upload them for public distribution without written permission.

4. Scripture and quotations

Scripture citations and other quoted material remain subject to the rights, permissions, and public-domain status applicable to those works. Our copyright applies to the Foundation's original teaching, arrangement, design, and commentary.

5. Donations

Donations support the charitable work of The Whitby Foundation. Unless a donation is expressly restricted and accepted for a specific purpose, the Foundation may use donated funds where they are most needed within its charitable mission. Questions about a donation should be sent promptly to us.

6. Merchandise

Merchandise purchases are subject to the product description, price shown at the time of purchase, and our Shipping and Returns policies. Product color and appearance may vary slightly by screen, manufacturing batch, or wash.

7. Third-party services

Payments, donations, or links to outside services may be provided by third parties such as PayPal. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. No guarantee of availability or outcome

We may update, remove, or change resources, products, services, or website features. Biblical care and other services are subject to availability and fit. We do not guarantee that any resource, conversation, referral, purchase, or ministry service will produce a particular personal, relational, spiritual, legal, medical, or financial outcome.

9. Intellectual property

The Whitby Foundation name, original site content, original resources, graphics, and branded materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the Foundation's services develop. To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by applicable law in Tennessee, United States.
